Local offers (Service Agreements)
We want our services to be based on what our customers actually want. We have been working closely with many customers to develop Local Offers which we have decided to call Service Agreements. Our Service Agreements are specifically designed to meet local needs. The Joint Group Customer Panel considered how customers will be involved in developing our service agreements and agreed that they must meet local needs and result in improvements for our customers.
We have devised a framework to develop and deliver Service Agreements across WM Housing. Our first Service Agreements commenced in April 2011 and further Service Agreements have been introduced this year. We will continue to develop others based on
local needs and priorities.
