Our customers - are the best people to tell us what we can do better.
They know what it’s like to live in our homes or use our services, and so they are in the best position to help us continuously improve our services and have a genuine say in developing future ones.
We are looking for people who live in our homes, are interested in what’s going on around them and would like to help improve things. No special skills or qualifications are required, All are welcome, your views matter.
Nexus staff and Customer Involvement Officer carry out a wide range of activities and develop new opportunities to get closer to our customers and their views.
If you want to get involved you can be sure of a warm, friendly welcome and the support of a team who really want to work with you.
There are many different ways you can get involved with Nexus Housing Association it doesn’t have to be time consuming or complicated.
