How to pay your Rent & Service Charges

We provide a number of ways for you to make payments.

• Direct Debit
  1st , 11th , 18th or 25th for monthly payment. Weekly payments to begin on a Monday. It can take up to 10 days to amend or set up a new payment.
   
• Standing Order and Cheque/Bankers Draft
  If a Monday or the dates above are not convenient a Standing Order with their own bank can be set up. A mandate will be sent out upon request. Payment can be weekly or monthly.
   
  Cheques or Bankers Drafts are to be made payable to: West Mercia Homes Ltd and to be sent to the Barnsley Hall or Nexus Office address. 
    
• Rent Payment Cards (Allpay Swipe Cards)
  You can use your rent payment card at any of the following locations:
  - Post Office
  - PayPoint outlets
  - PAYzone outlets
