Nexus Housing Association Limited is registered with the Tenant Services Authority (TSA), a Nexus (Midlands) Housing Association (2005) Limited is registered with the Housing Corporation, a government agency which supervises and provides funding and guidance to housing associations.
The homes we provide include flats, houses, retirement homes and shared supporting housing in cities, towns and villages within Worcestershire. Most of our village homes are only available for people who have a local connection with the area. While most of our properties are rented, a few are part-owned by the people who live in them. The rents we charge are intended to be affordable for people with low incomes.
