Nexus owns and manages approximately 2,700 homes across all local authorities within Worcestershire including both urban and rural areas of the county. The Association provides a range of care and support services as well as general needs and low cost home ownership properties. Nexus is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to improving people’s lives and communities as well as their homes.

Recognised for its quality of management and diverse expertise for more than 30 years, the Association was pleased that its recent Audit Commission inspection recognised a ‘2 star’ service, i.e. one providing good services with promising prospects for improvement.
