Nexus’ responsibilities are concentrated within the county of Worcestershire - an area with an unusually wide range of challenges for social housing which include the dynamic inner city communities of Worcester as well as small rural developments.
Nexus Housing is registered as a charitable Industrial and Provident Society in England with a registered number of 29931R, which is based in the Arboretum near to Worcester City Centre, manages over 2,500 homes across the County of Worcestershire. The County has a wide range of housing from the inner city communities of Worcester to the small rural developments.
Although a Partner Association in West Mercia Housing Group, it is independently governed by its own Board of Management. These volunteers meet bi-monthly and determine overall policy and direction whilst the full time management team carries out the day-to-day management of the Association.
Recognised for the quality of its property management and its diverse expertise for more than a quarter of a century, the Association is increasingly sought after by other organisations as a partner or managing agent.
