Transfers and Mutual Exchanges
If you decide to move home there are a number of options open to you:
- A transfer to another home rented from us or one of the other partner associations within WM Housing Group
- A mutual exchange where you can swap your home with another housing association tenant or council tenant
- End your tenancy with us and then rent from another housing association or council
- Purchase a property outright on the open market
- Purchase a property through a shared ownership scheme.
