Pay your Rent & Service Charges

There are lots of ways for you to pay your rent.

Direct Debit

The best and easiest way to pay is to set up a direct debit. You can now set up a direct debit to occur on any day of the month by phoning our office. It can take up to 10 days to amend or set up a new payment.

Standing Order and Cheque/Bankers Draft
If a Monday or the dates above are not convenient a Standing Order with their own bank can be set up. A mandate will be sent out upon request. Payment can be weekly or monthly.

Cheques or Bankers Drafts are to be made payable to: WM Homes Ltd and to be sent to the Barnsley Hall or Nexus Office address.
Rent Payment Cards (Allpay Swipe Cards)
You can use your rent payment card at any PayPoint outlet displaying the yellow paypoint sign.

The allpay Mobile app
The allpay App is a brand new mobile application (App) available to download from the Apple App Store and Google Play (formerly the Android Market) for your Apple or Android Smartphone.
