Your lease
The lease is a contract between you and Nexus. It gives you and your successors the right of possession of your home for normally either 99 or 125 years provided your keep to the terms and conditions set out in the lease.
The lease is a legal document so get advice from a Solicitor. Keep the lease in a safe place. If you should lose your copy of the lease we can provide you with another copy for a small fee.
