Nexus Housing manages over 2800 homes in Worcestershire.

Our affordable homes span urban and rural locations within all six local authority areas in the county. Consequently, we claim unique in-depth knowledge for the wide range of challenges for affordable housing that present themselves in Worcestershire – a partial result of the mix of dynamic city and rural communities. Nexus is also responsible for providing the Group-wide Repairs Contact Centre service. Based in Worcester, Nexus is committed to providing an excellent service to it’s customers.

Established more than 30 years ago, we are a not-for-profit housing association which exists to create places where people are proud to live and work.
